Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the tour date: no charge
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the tour date: 50% of the guiding fee
- Cancellation within 6 days of the tour date or same-day cancellation: 100% of the guiding fee
- Refunds will be issued minus Stripe’s non-refundable 3.6% processing fee.
Tours 1-5 are only available with pickup and drop off in the Izu Kogen area.
